Mohun Bagan Super Giant suffered a setback in the Indian Super League title race after being held to a 1-1 draw by FC Goa at Fatorda Stadium.
The result pushed the Mariners to second place behind East Bengal FC on goal difference. Jamie Maclaren gave Mohun Bagan the lead in the 55th minute after capitalising on a defensive error by Sandesh Jhingan. But substitute Ronny Wilson struck a stunning equaliser in the 67th minute.
Mohun Bagan missed late chances, leaving their title hopes under pressure ahead of the crucial Kolkata derby against East Bengal.
