Her decisive victory in the women’s 76kg bout swung the contest and earned her the Player of the Match award. Maharashtra climbed to second place with four points and 14 bout wins, while UP Dominators stayed atop the table on superior bout count.
Tapsya Gahlawat impressed for UP with a comeback win and was named Fighter of the Match.
