Gujarat Titans have signed Connor Esterhuizen for the remainder of IPL 2026 as a replacement for injured Tom Banton. The 24-year-old impressed in a recent T20I series in New Zealand, scoring 200 runs at a strike rate of 145.98 and winning Player of the Series as South Africa clinched a 3-2 victory.
Esterhuizen has previously played for MI Cape Town and Pretoria Capitals in SA20. He joins at a base price of INR 75 lakh and will provide backup wicketkeeping support to Jos Buttler. Gujarat Titans next face Kolkata Knight Riders in Ahmedabad.
