Shrachi Bengal Tigers secured a dramatic bonus point after edging SG Pipers 4-3 in a shootout following a 3-3 draw in regulation time during the Women’s Hockey India League 2025-26 in Ranchi.
Agustina Gorzelany struck twice from penalty corners, while Lalremsiami added a goal in regulation and converted the sudden-death attempt in the shootout. SG Pipers fought back strongly through goals by Lola Riera and Sunelita Toppo, equalising late in the match.
Both teams converted three shootout attempts before Lalremsiami sealed victory for the Tigers.
