Debutant pacers Praful Hinge and Sakib Hussain delivered a sensational performance as Sunrisers Hyderabad thrashed Rajasthan Royals by 57 runs in IPL 2026.
Hinge scripted history with a three-wicket opening over and finished with 4/34, while Hussain returned 4/24 to dismantle RR for 159. Earlier, captain Ishan Kishan smashed a blistering 91 off 44 balls, powering SRH to 216/6. Despite a fighting 69 from Donovan Ferreira and 45 by Ravindra Jadeja, RR never recovered from early blows.
The win ended RR’s unbeaten run and lifted SRH to fourth place in the standings.
