Pakistan posted 212/8 but failed to restrict Sri Lanka to the required margin to surpass New Zealand on net run rate.
Agha said losing the toss hurt on a dew-heavy pitch and conceded the team couldn’t execute plans effectively. He also acknowledged middle-order struggles throughout the tournament, noting only Sahibzada Farhan delivered consistently. The skipper added that missing 10–15 runs in the death overs ultimately proved costly in their campaign.
