Karolina Muchova and Linda Noskova will contest an all-Czech Wimbledon 2026 women’s singles final after impressive semifinal victories on Centre Court.
Noskova, 20, reached her maiden Grand Slam final with a 6-4, 6-4 win over Marta Kostyuk, becoming the youngest Wimbledon finalist since 2014. Muchova, meanwhile, saved a match point to edge past Coco Gauff 6-2, 1-6, 7-6(10) in a gripping contest lasting nearly three sets. The 29-year-old advanced to her second Grand Slam final after overcoming a dramatic deciding-set tiebreak.
Saturday’s showdown will be the first Wimbledon women’s final between players from the same country since Serena and Venus Williams met in 2017, guaranteeing another Czech champion at the All England Club.
