Devon Conway (28) and Kane Williamson (16) guided New Zealand to a comfortable chase of 56 runs in just 9.2 overs.
West Indies’ batting faltered, with Kavem Hodge top-scoring at 35. The first Test in Christchurch ended in a draw, and the third Test is scheduled in Mount Maunganui next Thursday.
