India extended their unbeaten run to 12 matches with a 17-run victory over the Netherlands in the T20 World Cup 2026 at Ahmedabad. Batting first, India posted 193/6, powered by Shivam Dube’s explosive 66 off 31 balls and Suryakumar Yadav’s 34.
In reply, the Netherlands fought hard but finished at 176/7. Bas de Leede scored 33, while late efforts from Noah Croes and Zach Lion-Cachet weren’t enough.
Varun Chakravarthy starred with 3-14, and Dube capped a brilliant all-round display with 2-35. Logan van Beek and Aryan Dutt were the standout bowlers for the Netherlands despite the defeat.
