Diya Chitale and Manush Shah Create History as First Indians to Qualify for WTT Finals 2025

India’s Diya Chitale and Manush Shah created history by becoming the first-ever Indian pair to qualify for the prestigious WTT Finals, to be held in Hong Kong from December 10–14, 2025.

The reigning national champions in women’s and men’s singles respectively, Diya and Manush earned their spot after consistent performances, including a silver at the WTT Star Contender Brazil.

The WTT Finals feature the world’s top 16 singles players and top eight mixed doubles pairs, competing for USD 1.3 million. Their qualification marks a major milestone for Indian table tennis, reflecting its remarkable rise on the global stage.
