Alana King produced a brilliant five-wicket haul to power Australia to a dominant nine-wicket win over the West Indies in the third ODI, sealing a 3-0 series whitewash.
King’s 5-19 dismantled the hosts for just 136, her second-best ODI figures. Despite a steady start, West Indies collapsed after losing quick wickets, with Chinelle Henry’s unbeaten 42 the lone resistance. In reply, Australia chased down the target comfortably in 19.4 overs. Phoebe Litchfield led the charge with an unbeaten 68, supported by Ellyse Perry’s 33 not out.
The emphatic win underlined Australia’s dominance throughout the series with both bat and ball.
