World Tennis League Set for India Debut in Bengaluru from December 17–20

After captivating audiences in the UAE for three consecutive seasons, the World Tennis League (WTL)—licensed and managed by Iconik Sports and Events Ltd.—is all set to make its India debut next month. Scheduled from December 17 to 20 in Bengaluru, the four-day tennis spectacle will be hosted at the prestigious SM Krishna Tennis Stadium, operated by the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association.

The India edition will uphold WTL’s legacy of world-class competition, boasting a star-studded lineup including Daniil Medvedev, Nick Kyrgios, Elena Rybakina, Paula Badosa, Rohan Bopanna, Gael Monfils, Arthur Fils, Sumit Nagal, Magda Linette, and Marta Kostyuk. With tennis seeing a strong surge in popularity across the country, WTL has also strengthened its roster with India’s top performers such as Yuki Bhambri, Ankita Raina, Shrivalli Bhamidipaty, Maaya Revathi, Dhakshineswar Suresh, and Shivika Burman. Their inclusion is expected to further energize Indian tennis fans and contribute to the sport’s national growth.
