After finishing on top with 76 medals at the Asian Rifle/Pistol Championship 2026, Indian shooters will now focus on National Selection Trials 3 at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range from March 6-10. Leading rifle and pistol shooters will compete across 10 events, including all eight Olympic disciplines.
Group B trials will be held in Bhopal, followed by a national coaching camp in Delhi. The shotgun squad will then prepare for the International Shooting Sport Federation World Cup in Tangier. The season also marks the start of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic cycle and key global events.
