In reply, Zimbabwe were bowled out for 129 in 17.5 overs despite Brian Bennett’s 32. Left-arm spinner Abhishek Sharma starred with the ball, claiming 3-17, while Prince Yadav picked up two wickets before leaving the field with a hamstring injury.
The comprehensive win also handed Shreyas Iyer his first T20I series triumph as India’s captain, giving the visitors an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.
