New York Knicks moved within touching distance of their first NBA Finals appearance since 1999 after defeating Cleveland Cavaliers 121-108 to take a commanding 3-0 lead in the Eastern Conference finals.
Jalen Brunson starred with 30 points, while Mikal Bridges added 22 and OG Anunoby scored 21. The Knicks stretched their playoff winning streak to 10 games and remain unbeaten for a month. Cleveland, led by Evan Mobley’s 24 points and Donovan Mitchell’s 23, never recovered after a slow start.
New York can now complete a historic sweep in game four and edge closer to their first NBA championship since 1973.
