Zimbabwe sealed a dominant 67-run win over Sri Lanka in the T20 Tri-series thanks to Brad Evans’ sensational 4-0-9-3 spell and Sikandar Raza’s all-round brilliance.
Defending 162/8, built on Bennett’s 49 and Raza’s 47, Zimbabwe produced a ruthless bowling display as Sri Lanka crashed to 95 all out. Ngarava struck twice, while all six bowlers took wickets in a historic victory—Zimbabwe’s biggest over a full ICC member in T20s.
Sri Lanka never recovered from an early collapse at 29/4, with only Dasun Shanaka offering resistance with 34. With this win, Zimbabwe topped the Tri-series table on net run rate.
