Sophie Molineux praised Australia’s unity and selfless team culture after leading the side to a record-extending seventh Women’s T20 World Cup title.
Australia defeated England by seven wickets in the final at Lord’s, with Beth Mooney scoring 64 and Phoebe Litchfield adding 48 in a successful chase of 151. Molineux credited the team’s preparation, trust and willingness to support one another, while also highlighting the leadership of Ellyse Perry and the composure of young pacer Lucy Hamilton.
