New York outscored Cleveland 14-5 in overtime to complete the dramatic turnaround at Madison Square Garden. Mikal Bridges added 18 points, while OG Anunoby contributed 13 on his return from injury. Donovan Mitchell led Cleveland with 29 points, but the Cavaliers collapsed late after dominating most of the game.

The Knicks now hold a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series and moved a step closer to their first NBA Finals appearance since 1999.
