India will take on Pakistan in the marquee clash of the 2026 Women’s Asia Cup on September 5 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) announced on Thursday.
The tournament begins on August 28 with Thailand facing Hong Kong. This will be the sixth Women’s Asia Cup played in the T20 format, featuring eight teams split into two groups.
India, Pakistan, Thailand, Hong Kong and China are in Group A, while Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UAE and Indonesia make up Group B.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals, with the final scheduled for September 13. All matches will be played under lights in Dubai.
