In front of an electrifying home crowd, Dabang Delhi K.C. clinched their second Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) title with a thrilling 31-28 win over Puneri Paltan in the Season 12 final at the Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium on Friday.
Neeraj Narwal and Ajinkya Pawar led the charge with eight and six points respectively, while Fazel Atrachali became the most successful foreigner in PKL history.
Despite Aditya Shinde’s Super 10 for Puneri Paltan, Delhi’s composure and timely tackles sealed the victory. With this win, Dabang Delhi became the first home team since U Mumba in Season 2 to lift the PKL trophy.
