Mumbai City FC secured a 2-1 win over Inter Kashi in the Indian Super League 2025-26 at Kishore Bharati Krirangan on Sunday.
Midfielder Noufal PN gave Mumbai the lead in first-half stoppage time from a corner delivered by captain Lallianzuala Chhangte. Inter Kashi responded early in the second half when Rohit Danu headed home an equaliser in the 51st minute. However, Chhangte restored Mumbai’s advantage just a minute later with a calm finish.
Despite late pressure and hitting the crossbar twice, Inter Kashi could not find another goal as Mumbai held on for victory.
