South Africa produced a dominant display to beat Canada by 57 runs in their Group D clash of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
Aiden Markram’s fluent 59 off 32 balls set the platform as South Africa posted an imposing 213/4, with late contributions from David Miller and Tristan Stubbs. In reply, Canada never recovered from early blows as Lungi Ngidi ripped through the top order, finishing with figures of 4-31.
Despite a fighting half-century from Navneet Dhaliwal, Canada were restricted to 156/8, handing South Africa a convincing victory.
