Inspired by early strikes from Trent Boult and a four-wicket haul by Corbin Bosch, MI restricted Sunrisers to 139/9 despite Marco Jansen’s attacking 48. In reply, Reeza Hendricks anchored the chase with a composed 41, while George Linde and Kieron Pollard provided late momentum.
The match went down to the final over, where a no-ball from Senuran Muthusamy sealed victory for MI Cape Town, lifting them to 14 points.
