Ranchi Royals continued their impressive run in the Men’s Hockey India League with a dominant 4-1 victory over JSW Soorma Hockey Club in their final home match in Ranchi.
Tom Boon starred with a brace, while Manmeet Singh Rai and Mandeep Singh added a goal each to lift the Royals to third place on the points table. Despite earning early penalty corners, Soorma failed to breach Suraj Karkera’s goal in the first half as Ranchi seized control.
Jeetpal’s late strike proved a mere consolation as the Royals wrapped up a convincing home win.
