India’s star men’s doubles pair Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty continued their impressive run at the BWF World Tour Finals 2025 with a thrilling three-game victory over Indonesia’s Fajar Alfian and Muhammad Shohibul Fikri in Hangzhou.
The World No. 3 duo won 21-11, 16-21, 21-11 to record their second successive Group B win, strengthening their bid for a semifinal berth. Dominant in the opener, the Indians recovered after dropping the second game before cruising through the decider. Satwik and Chirag now top Group B with two wins from two matches and will next face Malaysia’s Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik.
