Pakistan completed a 3-0 ODI series sweep over Sri Lanka with a six-wicket win in Rawalpindi. Mohammad Rizwan anchored the chase with an unbeaten 61, while Fakhar Zaman hit 55 as Pakistan reached 215/4 in 44.4 overs.
Earlier, Mohammad Wasim took 3/47, supported by Haris Rauf and Faisal Akram, to bowl Sri Lanka out for 212. Jeffrey Vandersay’s triple strike gave Sri Lanka hope, but Rizwan and Hussain Talat (42*) sealed victory with a 100-run stand. Sadeera Samarawickrama top-scored with 48 for the visitors.
The series, Pakistan’s fourth straight against Sri Lanka, was played under heightened security concerns.
