WPL 2026 Auction
The 2026 Women’s Premier League will be held from January 9 to February 5, hosted in Navi Mumbai and Vadodara.
The tournament begins at DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai, with the final set for Kotambi Stadium, Vadodara. WPL Committee Chairman Jayesh George confirmed the dates and venues ahead of the first mega auction in New Delhi, where the committee met to finalise plans. The second half, including knockout stages and the title clash, shifts entirely to Vadodara, partly as Kotambi Stadium will host India’s men’s ODI opener against New Zealand on January 11.
The WPL 2026 final falls just two days before the Men’s T20 World Cup starts in India and Sri Lanka. Five teams are assembling squads, featuring new coaches and staff appointments.
