UEFA Champions League: Federico Valverde Nets Hat-Trick As Real Madrid Thrash Manchester City 3-0

Federico Valverde scored a stunning first-half hat-trick to power Real Madrid to a dominant 3-0 victory over Manchester City in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League last-16 clash at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Valverde opened the scoring in the 22nd minute before adding two more goals within 20 minutes to stun the visitors. Despite early pressure from City, Madrid took full control after the opener and maintained their advantage throughout the match.

The emphatic win gives the Spanish giants a strong cushion heading into the second leg of the tie.
