South Africa Beat Zimbabwe by 5 Wickets, Storm into T20 World Cup 2026 Semi-Finals
South Africa continued their unbeaten run in the 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup with a five-wicket win over Zimbabwe national cricket team at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Sunday.
Zimbabwe posted 153/7, powered by captain Sikandar Raza’s superb 73 off 43 balls. Raza also shone with the ball (3-29), reducing South Africa to 43/3. Dewald Brevis counterattacked with a blistering 42 off 18 deliveries to shift momentum.
Despite late strikes from Zimbabwe, George Linde (30) and Tristan Stubbs (21) guided the Proteas to 154/5 in 17.5 overs, sealing a semi-final spot as the tournament’s only unbeaten team.
