SA20 2026 Full Schedule and Defending Champions Preview

The 2026 SA20 season, the fourth edition of South Africa’s premier franchise Twenty20 league, will run from 26 December 2025 to 25 January 2026. Organised by Cricket South Africa, the tournament will once again feature six teams competing across a month of high-intensity action.

Cape Town has been confirmed as the host city for the final, continuing its streak as one of the league’s marquee venues.

MI Cape Town will enter the season as defending champions after clinching their maiden title in the previous edition. With squads set to be finalised in the coming months, anticipation is already building for another competitive chapter in the SA20 story.
