Aiden Markram’s superb 110 led South Africa to a thrilling four-wicket win over India, successfully chasing 359 to level the ODI series 1-1 in Raipur.

Supported by Matthew Breetzke’s 68 and Dewald Brevis’ 54, the Proteas completed the joint-highest ODI chase against India with four balls remaining. Earlier, centuries from Ruturaj Gaikwad (105) and Virat Kohli (102), along with KL Rahul’s unbeaten 66, powered India to 358/5. Despite the strong total, India’s fielding lapses and dew-laden conditions aided South Africa, with Corbin Bosch’s unbeaten 29 sealing a memorable victory and setting up a decider in Visakhapatnam.
