Hope, Greaves Rescue West Indies with Unbeaten 174-Run Stand Against Sri Lanka

Shai Hope and Justin Greaves produced a resilient unbeaten 174-run partnership to steer the West Indies to 318/4 at stumps on Day 3 of the second Test against Sri Lanka in Antigua.

Hope remained unbeaten on 86, while Greaves was not out on 85 as the pair rescued the hosts from a precarious 144/4. Chasing Sri Lanka’s imposing first-innings total of 549/9 declared, the West Indies still trail the follow-on target but kept their hopes alive with disciplined batting.

Earlier, John Campbell scored 72 before Sri Lanka’s bowlers dominated the morning session.
