Pakistan Whitewash Australia 3-0 in T20 Series

Pakistan completed a dominant 3-0 T20 series sweep over Australia with a thumping 111-run victory on Sunday.

Saim Ayub struck 56 and Babar Azam added an unbeaten 50 as Pakistan posted 207-6 in Lahore, before Mohammad Nawaz claimed a career-best 5-18 to bowl Australia out for just 96. Shaheen Shah Afridi also impressed with 2-16 as Australia collapsed early.

The whitewash, Pakistan’s third against Australia in T20Is, provides a timely confidence boost ahead of the T20 World Cup starting February 7, as skipper Salman Agha hailed a near-perfect team performance.
