Josh Hazlewood on Track for Return Before ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026
Australia fast bowler Josh Hazlewood is confident of returning to action ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, starting February 7 in the subcontinent.
The right-arm pacer has been recovering from a hamstring strain and an Achilles issue, which ruled him out of the Ashes, the latter stages of the Big Bash League, and the T20I series against Pakistan. Hazlewood revealed his rehabilitation is progressing well, with light bowling and running already underway.
Australia are placed in Group B and will begin their campaign against Ireland on February 11 in Colombo.
