Indian Women’s Hockey Team Set for Argentina Tour Ahead of Major Events

Indian Women’s Hockey Team to Tour Argentina for 4-Match Series

The Indian senior women’s hockey team will tour Argentina for a four-match series from April 13 to 17 at CeNARD in Buenos Aires.

The matches, scheduled on April 13, 14, 16, and 17, will provide crucial preparation ahead of the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 and the Asian Games. Facing a strong Argentine side on home turf, India will look to test combinations and strategies in high-intensity conditions. The two teams have shared competitive contests in recent years, including a thrilling Pro League encounter.

This tour aligns with Hockey India’s roadmap to build momentum and fine-tune performance during a vital phase of the international calendar.
