India Thrash Pakistan 7-1 in FIH Pro League, Extend Winning Streak Over Arch-Rivals

Olympic bronze medallists India produced a sensational comeback to crush Pakistan 7-1 in the FIH Pro League at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre in London.

After conceding an early goal to Abu Mahmood, India responded with strikes from Sukhjeet Singh, Harmanpreet Singh, Hardik, Jugraj Singh, Abhishek, Raj Kumar Pal and Dilpreet Singh. The emphatic win marked India’s 17th consecutive victory over Pakistan across all levels and lifted them to seventh place in the Pro League standings with 17 points from 15 matches.

Hardik Singh was named Player of the Match after controlling the midfield, while India dominated with 36 circle penetrations and 13 penalty corners in a commanding all-round display against their arch-rivals.
