Wareham said allowing herself time at the crease was key, while her batting helped her read conditions better while bowling. Veteran Sophie Devine praised the team’s batting resilience, sharp fielding and early wickets, stressing that strong powerplay bowling set up the win.

Gujarat Giants now turn their focus to the Eliminator on Tuesday.
