England Men have announced a 12-member squad for the fifth Ashes Test against Australia, set to begin on Sunday, 4 January, at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Spinner Shoaib Bashir and fast bowler Matthew Potts have been named in the squad.
From the team that secured victory over Australia in the fourth Test in Melbourne, Gus Atkinson is the sole omission after being sidelined due to a hamstring injury.
