Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by 4 wickets
Tanzid Hasan smashed an unbeaten 66 as Bangladesh defeated Zimbabwe by four wickets in the third T20I at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo, to seal the three-match series 2-1.
Chasing 144, Bangladesh reached the target with two balls to spare, with Tanzid anchoring the innings after the early loss of Saif Hassan. Parvez Hossain Emon and captain Towhid Hridoy chipped in with 24 runs each before Sikandar Raza struck twice. Earlier, Zimbabwe posted 143/7, powered by Dion Myers’ 73 and Brian Bennett’s 47, while the rest of the batting lineup failed to reach double figures.
Tanzid was named both Player of the Match and Player of the Series for his match-winning contribution.
