Australia Lead England By 46 Runs After 20 Wickets Fall On Crazy Day At MCG

Twenty wickets fell on a dramatic opening day of the fourth Ashes Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Australia were bowled out for 152 after England captain Ben Stokes won the toss on a green pitch, with Josh Tongue claiming 5-45.

England then collapsed even more spectacularly, dismissed for 110 as Michael Neser took 4-45 and Scott Boland caused havoc. A record MCG crowd of 94,199 watched the ball dominate the bat throughout.

Australia reached stumps at 4-0, leading by 46, leaving the match finely balanced heading into day two.
