Afghanistan Seal Series with Dominant Win Over West Indies in 2nd T20I

Afghanistan delivered another outstanding all-round performance to defeat West Indies in the second T20I and take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the T20I Series.

After early setbacks, Darwish Rasooli (68) and Sediqullah Atal (53) added 115 runs to lift Afghanistan to 189/4, with Azmatullah Omarzai’s quick 26* providing the finish at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.

In reply, West Indies’ chase faltered as Mujeeb Ur Rahman tore through the batting, claiming a sensational hat-trick and finishing with 4/21. Despite Shimron Hetmyer’s fighting 46, West Indies were bowled out for 150, losing by 39 runs.
