World No. 1 and defending champion Jannik Sinner stormed into his first Wimbledon final after defeating seven-time champion Novak Djokovic 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 in a commanding semifinal at the All England Club on Friday.
Sinner dominated with 16 aces, no double faults, and won 88 percent of first-serve points, giving Djokovic little chance to recover. The Italian converted three crucial break points to secure victory in straight sets.
Djokovic failed to capitalize on his only break-point opportunity and struggled for consistency throughout the match. Sinner will now aim to win his maiden Wimbledon title in the final.
