A commanding batting display from captain Meg Lanning, followed by a collective bowling effort, helped UP Warriorz defeat defending champions Mumbai Indians by 22 runs in the 10th match of WPL 2026 at DY Patil Stadium.
After losing the toss, Warriorz posted 187/8, powered by a 119-run stand between Lanning (70) and Phoebe Litchfield (61). Mumbai’s chase faltered early despite a fighting 83-run partnership between Amelia Kerr (49*) and Amanjot Kaur (41).
