Gill hails GT’s bowling and fielding after win over RCB

Shubman Gill praised Gujarat Titans for their complete team performance after sealing a four-wicket win over Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Match 42 of the Indian Premier League at Narendra Modi Stadium.

Gill credited the bowling unit for restricting RCB to 155, calling it a tremendous effort on a surface where he felt the opposition fell short of a par score.

The GT skipper also highlighted the team’s improved fielding and energy levels, areas he admitted had been inconsistent this season. Gill then led the chase with a blazing 43 off 18 balls, while Jos Buttler and Rahul Tewatia ensured Gujarat completed another convincing victory.
