Rashid Khan’s Six-Wicket Haul Powers Afghanistan To 92-Run Win Over Ireland

Afghanistan defeated Ireland by 92 runs in the second ODI, with Rashid Khan delivering a sensational six-wicket haul. The victory gave Afghanistan a 1-0 lead in the five-match series after the opening game was washed out.

Chasing 300 in a rain-reduced 47-over contest, Ireland collapsed from 144/3 to 207 all out at Bready Cricket Club.

Rashid claimed 6-34, including four of the final seven wickets, to register his third six-wicket haul in ODI cricket.

Earlier, Ibrahim Zadran top-scored with 84 as Afghanistan posted 299/8. The series now moves to Belfast, where the third ODI will be played on Monday.
