Rajasthan Royals have signed Dasun Shanaka as a replacement for injured Sam Curran ahead of IPL 2026. Shanaka joins the franchise for INR 2 crore, bringing vast international experience with over 3,350 runs and 86 wickets across formats.
The Sri Lankan all-rounder, who previously played for Gujarat Titans, was set to feature in the PSL before this move. Curran suffered a groin injury after joining RR from Chennai Super Kings.
