His 64-run stand with Kusal Mendis (14) provided promise before both fell, triggering a dramatic meltdown where nine wickets cost just 30 runs. Pakistan comfortably chased the target with eight balls remaining, powered by a brisk 46-run opening partnership from Saim Ayub (36) and Sahibzada Farhan (23). Babar Azam’s unbeaten 37 sealed the triumph, extending Pakistan’s stellar recent form.
