Kolkata Knight Riders have signed fast bowler Navdeep Saini as a replacement for the injured Harshit Rana for IPL 2026. Rana, who had already missed the T20 World Cup due to injury, was ruled out of the tournament, prompting KKR to bring in Saini.
The pacer, who made his IPL debut with Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2019, has taken 23 wickets in his career so far. He has also represented India in all formats.
KKR will open their campaign against Mumbai Indians on March 29 at Wankhede Stadium, while Gujarat Titans face Punjab Kings on March 31 in Mullanpur.
