KKR Sign Blessing Muzarabani for IPL 2026

Kolkata Knight Riders have signed Zimbabwe pacer Blessing Muzarabani for the upcoming IPL 2026 season.

The 6-foot-8 right-arm quick is known for generating steep bounce and has taken over 90 wickets in more than 80 T20Is at an average of around 21. Muzarabani recently impressed in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, finishing as Zimbabwe’s leading wicket-taker with 13 scalps, the fourth-highest in the tournament. His performances included crucial spells against Australia and Sri Lanka.

The fast bowler is set to arrive in Kolkata on March 17, adding depth to KKR’s pace attack. Meanwhile, the franchise released Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman from their squad following instructions from the BCCI earlier this season.
