Salisbury and Skupski Edge Past Heliovaara-Patten to Stay Unbeaten at ATP Finals

Joe Salisbury and Neal Skupski moved closer to the semifinals of the ATP Finals with a thrilling 7-6(7), 3-6, 10-7 win over second seeds Harri Heliovaara and Henry Patten in Turin.

Despite Salisbury taking a medical timeout, the British duo held firm, sealing victory with three straight points in the Match Tie-break. The win extended Salisbury’s unbeaten run at the event to 12 matches and improved their John McEnroe Group record to 2-0.

Making their team debut, Salisbury and Skupski have reached five finals this season and will face Harrison and King in their final group-stage match on Friday.
